The lady's working there were lovely and helped me as much as they could, but when I tried to make a return they told me they were unable to do any kind of return onto a card; as their boss refused to give them the credentials to do returns on the card machine. I was told I would have to come back in 3 days when the boss would be in if I wanted to make a return. I am in town on work and will no longer be here by then. I consider this bad business to not have trust in your employees to do their jobs effectively.

I only shop there for one reason it's a very friendly employee...knows each one of their customers by name and if they don't it's their a visitor to Powell River... always has a great smile and their sense of humour is second to none... keep up the great work I know you'll go far... Remember God's watching making sure your always safe and sound nothing or no one will ever bring you down in you life HE'S got your back keeping you safe and sound always...if you feel like no one gives a cares and not there for you just reach out HE always has your back...
