I got a hair straightening treatment from them and a day before the appointment I got a picture on my Instagram with the price and hair length. According to their prices I ended up cutting my hair at the $300 price point because I had really long hair and had to cut it short before I could get the treatment. When I went to the salon, the salon owner said that I had to pay $450 because of the length and thickness of my hair. I didn't argue and just followed her and got the treatment. While getting the treatment I was watching her apply the product to my hair. She was dipping the brush into the bowl once and running it up and down my hair. I did not interrupt her work. When she did the treatment she said, "You want to cut your hair a little bit to shape it but she didn't say she would charge or that I would have to pay for it, it wasn't a haircut. When I was ready to pay So he said I need to pay $510, and I didn't argue, I paid and thanked her. Two days later I wash my hair and nothing is different except for 2 inches of scalp hair. .2 inches of my scalp was smooth and the rest of the hair was the same.she straightened my hair and make them look straight.I feel like I wasted my $510. I feel so bad. She didn't apply the product to my hair properly. Also, after my treatment was over, an older white lady came into the salon asking about the smooth treatment. She said she would charge $300 even though the older woman had shoulder length hair and was already very thin. Why you waste people's time and money, if you can't do the job properly, how do you feel if you pay someone $510 for no reason.

Products are over priced. Typical competitors are selling the same products for 20-50% cheaper. I device I was looking at is $40-45 across Canada. Ez-vape has it at $65.
