Great first experience! Bought a bong and large Gandalf pipe, customer service was op notch! super helpful friendly and professional. The young man who helped me was super good to deal with, he knew all the pertinent info and was very helpful. Will definitely be going back!

Worst display of vape juice I have seen yet. Ridiculous price gouging. Poor customer service. Would rather make the trip to Atomic in kelowna than support these guys.

If I could leave less than one star I would. They sell defective products and have by far the worst customer service I have experienced.

They are always so helpful no matter how busy they are. The amount if knowledge they have is very impressive and if they do t know they have no problem finding it out for you or just admitting it instead if faking it and giving the wrong information. Super friendly abd makes even the newest vape user (like myself) feel comfortable and not dumb. 100% would recommend Switch to Vapes over any vape shop in the Okanagan, actually the entire province!
