Dubz 420 Smoke N Vape

Went in for pods and juice lastnight, I asked specifically for salt nic juice. Was given vital watermelon freebase and I had not realized it until i got home. Normally this would not have been a big deal, but I haven't been able to have more than 2 puffs because it's SO DAMN HARSH. I live in kimberley so going back lastnight was not an option. Now i have a pod that's full of this garbage and a bottle of throat killer and no way to return or exchange it due to their all sales final policy. At 10$ a pod, and 30$ a bottle, this is getting expensive whenever I get given the the wrong product. Your employees need to work on their listening skills and be more informed about the products they're selling.

This is ridiculous I did buy vape 600puff 19$ I open it its not working I didn’t see any policy or anything there even they didn’t ask me to try it before I left. I get to my car 2 second later I back to the store they said two bad you have to buy new one this is how you treat customers come for years a this store bravo bravo bravo 👏🏻 congratulations
