Absolutely horrendous service, the man behind the counter will have your business closed down. I used to come to this store lots and it’s sad to see what it’s turned in to. I genuinely regret walking into that store and I won’t be back. As a local I will be detouring anyone from this business. Especially if someone doesn’t want to be talked down to while buying vape juice.

The last time I went in one the employees was constantly trying to get me to buy a product after I respectfully declined over 4 times. Absolutely abnoxious and rude. One of the worst vape stores I've ever visited, avoid it like the plague

Bought A vape device and noticed shortly thereafter(a few days) it was leaking vape juice. Trying to get an exchange has been a headache. As apparently only the manager can do exchanges. Which happens to be gone by 3pm each day on weekdays. This is a terrible policy. This device is defective, and now I am forced to wait until sunday(5 days) to be able to exchange it. I am not likely to spend money there again as a result of this. Plenty of other businesses will stand behind the products they sell. And certainly won't make customer service an awkward drawn out inconvenience.

Great store! Super clean and bright. They have loads of different products and always have a bunch of items for sale in their cabinets and on sale shelves. They've got the cheapest smokes in town too.

Love this store n the staff so helpfull n polite!!!
