I've been coming here for years. Great selection and the guys know their products really well.

First of all the store employee is super rude! They are selling vapes not cigarettes, but behaving like they don't care about customers. Very rudely response to my concerns. Secondly, they highly overpriced! The vape juice they sell $20 which is $10-$12 in other stores. I don't know how they are still doing the business with such bad mentality, I feel the employee throughing me his evil energy on me. I ended up buying nothing from there!

Excellent customer service and quality products. Will order specific products for their customers. Has a bitcoin machine as well.

Walked in to rude service. The workers were unwelcoming and told us false information. The store was clean but the associates provided a very negative experience. If you want to keep your customers you can at least show you care, in this case they did not.

Ive been to multiple stores around lower mainland area but the one time I dropped by here I know I wont need to try out other shops anymorr. Huge selections of juices that you can sample, friendly customer service for beginner and you can even preorder stuff from them (they start carrying my coil by request). Its a very friendly neighborhood type of store with a casual atmosphere.
