Vape Street – Vape Shop Burnaby, BC 3730 Canada Wy

Went into the shop today and had a great experience! Chris P had exceptional customer service skills and was very personable! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I had any issues knowing full well he would get it sorted out for me! I also had Hue N helping me pick out products and she had exceptional knowledge and understanding of the products they had in store as well! Most times I find that shops don’t have the best service but these two 100 % deserve a raise. Very happy walking out of there. Thanks again!

Been buying vapes here for a couple years will not be back they sold me a defective vape and did not mention that it only has a 12 hour warranty on it and that I can’t get a replacement. These people are scammers they sell you a product expect you to use same day if not your out of luck! Terrible business practice will never support vape street again. Save your money and time go somewhere else

Says it’s open at 9am. It’s 9:22am and nobody answers the phone or either doors. Might as well close down if you don’t unlock your doors

UPDATE: Still no response or even a call back from Ron the district manager. So much for priding yourselves in exceptional customer service. Extremely horrible service. 2/3 of my pods are defective for 3 of packs that I purchased and head office apparently can’t do anything about it. Way to lose business.
