I watched him serve 2 underage girls that didnt look 19 and didnt ask for ID. Unfortunately this has occurred several times not just only recently. I have spent quite a bit of money here, Ive worked in this neighborhood for 3 years. He has an attitude everytime ive come into here as if he hates his job and has complained on several occasions. This is a 100% honest review. I don't appreciate the attitude this worker has. he should be working not making petty remarks on the internet I'm happy to take my business and my fellow workers business elsewhere. Thankfully there is a cheaper vape shop just 5 mins away. DO NOT SHOP HERE AT THIS VAPE STORE! The owner should look back on previous recordings as they will see he is not asking for ID.

This place is great! I came here when I was visiting BC and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was helped by Bell, and he suggested the flavor mango lychee from their house brand and its definitely one of my favorites. 100% recommend coming here for all your vaping needs

The staff here at clouds are extremely nice. Great vibes from this shop and lots to choose from def recommend going here for all vape things

Hands down the BEST service I've received from any vape store. I don't visit this location regularly after moving away from this area, or else I'd go to this location all the time! You guys are so great with questions and suggestions, and I never feel judged here (for my newbie questions)!! After almost 2 years, I visited again a few weeks ago, and it reconfirmed my belief that this is the best vape store :). Thank you!!
