Boss Vapes Burnaby - Vape Store 7707 6th St

Just used delivery for the first time and it was super easy, with large variety of vapes to choose from, you simple just plug in your address and if eligible, your vape is delivered to you in timely manner. The delivery person was super kind as well, 10/10 recommend.

Used to go to this store all the time and they were great , latley they have had the worst stock on product on everything , devices , flavours everything and then cop attitude when your let down by it , with vape shops a dime a dozen I wonder why they don't care about customer service at all

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Location is on my way home from work so it's perfect for me. Love that they have a stamp card!

The reason that I'm giving this place a one star it's because I bought a vuse Vape the employee that sold it to me told me it takes a micro USB charger so when I opened the product and got home I was looking for the port for a micro USB charger didn't find one found a rubber part on it that wasn't in micro USB charger cover after I called back the store the same night taking going to help me and then they they said that I threatened them anyways management called me back and I'm still waiting for him to make it right because he told me that it is a $5 item that they sold to me for $15 plus tax so why not just give me a new one or why not just give me $10 credit so that way when I go and buy another one from a different store at least I I get something back from the money that I already spent after their employee lied to me I will never go back to the store again and I don't recommend anybody else to
