I will start off by saying I didn't even want to give you one star. I was in new year's eve To pick up a bottle of juice, I literally talked to the person working there for half an hour. Trying to find juice that definitely does not have menthal in it. I ended up buying a bottle that she assured me was not Icedd. Got it home and filled a tank with a new coil. Hit it and it choked me out horribly because it's iced. Call back and basically we y'all aren't gonna rectify the situation which I think is absolutely ridiculous. Because I know other vape shops that are far smaller of a business than you that have rectified the situation. It's gross That a business as large as yours Won't fix the problem and I will be telling others. No wonder your business is doing so because you're ripping people off. Whatever happened to satisfaction of a customer?

Excellent and polite people to deal with large variety of products and great prices and best of all they are there to help and explain all of their products
