Hayley is wonderful with the customs. Always smiling and pleasant :) love this store and the rest of the staff are great as well. Even if the prices are a little cheaper at other stores I still choose northbound downtown. They always have great sales too so it makes up for it!

Patrick is awesome! Before I even got to the counter he knew what I was there for and had my purchase ready and scanned. Great customer service every time! Keep up the good work Patrick! Yes I do shop there a lot but the fact he remembers his customers is why I only go to Northbound Downtown.

Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I showed him my pod and he knew exactly where to find them and which ones would fit mine. Took less than 5 minutes, in and out plus the prices are good :)

I was in Fort Mac on business and had to make a pit stop for some pods. Great store with a wide selection of inventory. Heather assisted me, she is definitely very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Great job!
