Friendly staff, great location, convenient & good prices. Clean store, knowledgeable staff, he explained to us clearly about the government vape tax that came in effect Jan 1/23 across Canada. The bad reviews I have read seem to be about the product defaulting, not the store or about a misunderstanding, definitely no reason for a 1 star review. Helpful & showed us the available tanks and rechargeable disposables. I bought a tank and a Mr Fog disposable & I’m happy with my purchase, I would definitely return next time I’m in Edmonton.

Fast and efficient shipping! However, there were no “counterfeit” codes on their UWELL Caliburn AK3 devices user manuals. I bought four of them, they’re great products, however, I couldn’t register any these on Caliburn website for 180-day warranty. I probably won’t be ordering devices from their shop in the future for this reason.

The girl there this morning couldn't seem less interested in helping me. I was looking for a new juice. They didn't have the one I wanted, so instead of her making some other recommendations she just stood there at watch me look for one. It was awkward. I won't come back here.
