I had an amazing experience with Vape World Emporium! I ran out of vape juice and forgot to pick some up during the day and I stumbled upon this store and saw that they deliver 24/7. I sent them a message to double check that this was accurate, they messaged me back within minutes and i placed my order just after 1am and had my order at 2am! This was extremely fast, efficient, and friendly! The man who delivered was very friendly, informative and had a good conversation 👏 5/5 stars for sure and I'll be definitely returning! Items came in a cute little grocery bag with their name/logo, loyalty stamp card and a cute sticker with their store info on it.

they called to tell me they had neither of the products i ordered online and unsatisfied i canceled the order. UPDATE: They called me back to further explain the situation, and I wound up getting what I wanted as well as a better alternative product suggestion. Lovely customer service

Don’t even bother looking at the reviews for this place. All you need to know is this place should have a perfect 5 Stars. I come to Vape World quite often, the team they have is nothing but amazing. They are all very knowledgeable, and will do anything for their guests. Example: The other night I called them right before close and they let me know that they would stay open a little longer to wait for me. After running behind more than expected I got a call just to confirm from their end. Showed up a couple mins later and they were more than happy to serve me! No other store in the city would be willing to do such a gesture. Thank you vape world emporium!

I was there fairly early Wednesday, and the person behind the counter (I believe his name was Rylan) was super knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me a great rundown of the products and was very patient with my barrage of questions. Amazing customer service! I have heard the prices are slightly higher here, but I think it's well worth it for all the help I recieved, and definitely never felt like I was getting price gouged. Left feeling very satisfied and should I be in the area again I will likely utilize this store again moving forward. Also was informed that they do city wide deliveries which I find to be a very convenient service.

I bought a Caliburn coil and it was leaking. I thought from my device but I went to a different store it works well, therefore, I gave it another chance and it has the same issue. I asked for clarification, and unfortunately, they tried to blame my device “The temperature of the burning not well”. Additionally, what I understand is every store has a different supplier. The problem is I asked for compensation and they said there is no compensation. TBH, I liked this store through all the competitions they do so I’ll give it another chance after 3 months I hope they get better.
