I came in tonight after a bad experience at a different location, the guy working was super nice and understanding! I didn’t catch his name but his customer service was amazing & he helped without hesitation when I explained the situation, I really appreciate it! He gave me good recommendations for a new device too which was appreciated. This location will definitely be my new go to spot!

As a customer's feedback I can only say good things about the store. Selection of products is amazing staff is extremely friendly and kind. One of my main reasons I like to go back there. Also the looks of the stores incredible and very inviting. Overall very satisfied with the service I'm getting that's why I wasn't going to any other stores. Even after moving from Southwest to the Northwest I was happy to see that there is a store in the Northwest location too.

Best vape store ever! Very friendly and knowledgeable - and they have a recycling program for empties and free delivery within Calgary when you order online. I don't go anywhere else anymore. Highly recommend! 😊 ❤️

As someone new to vaping Ben was very helpful in getting me sorted, loved the wide variety of options and welcoming atmosphere. Will be returning forsure!

Went in yesterday and was helped out by Karmen!! She was so easy to talk to and a ton of help. I had a hard time thinking about what to get because what I wanted wasn't there but Karmen was super helpful and I really enjoy what I got. Definitely coming back
